Carriage charges depend on the weight of the item. 1-10kg is £19.95 and 11-20kg is £24.95. Carriage charges outside of the UK vary and the customer will be invoiced upon receipt of courier invoice
If goods are ordered before 12pm and are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day. If an order is placed after 12pm and are in stock, they will be dispatched the following day.
You will be eligible to apply to open an account after you have been trading with us on a proforma basis for 6 months. After this time you can apply for a credit account.
If you do not have an account you can pay via bank transfer, you can call the office to pay using a credit or debit card, or you can send a cheque. Goods will then be dispatched on receipt of payment.
If you have an account with us you can fax to 0161 876 5372 or email your order to sales@vue-cctv.co.uk. If you are a new customer then you will need to call the office on 0161 877 2257 to place your order.
All products have a minimum 12 months return to base warranty. You must return the item to us with a covering letter which should include on explanation of the fault, a contact name and a contact telephone number. Once we receive the product our onsite workshop will look at the goods and will be in contact accordingly.

Yes, all cameras are 12V and can be used in a 24V vehicle providing you use a voltage dropper with the camera.
All VUE cameras are compatible with VUE systems. We can modify our cameras to work with your own systems if you can provide us with the PIN out information.
