Do I have to display any signs to notify people I have CCTV on my vehicle?
Yes, There may be a legal requirement to display CCTV warning sticker(s) when using our CCTV systems. Please refer to the Information Commissioner’s Office website http://ico.org.uk for the most up to date information. A free sticker is provided with each camera system provided, however additional stickers can be purchased.
Where can I find product specifications?
All of our product technical specifications can be found on our website in the product information section and downloaded in PDF format.
How do I report a problem with my camera system?
You can report a problem with your system via our online form which can be found in the customer support section of our website.
Can I arrange product training on my camera system?
Yes, this can be arranged via our online form using the product training section of our website.
Can I integrate existing cameras / monitors already on the vehicle into the new VUE camera system?
This can usually be done in most cases however this is dependent on a number of factors and isn’t always possible. Our technical team can provide further assistance at the time of placing an order to determine if your existing system(s) can be integrated into the VUE system.
Can I use a 12V camera in a 24V vehicle?
Yes, all cameras are 12V and can be used in a 24V vehicle providing you use a voltage dropper with the camera.
How do I place an order?

Can I open an account?
You will be eligible to apply to open an account after you have been trading with us on a proforma basis for 6 months. After this time you can apply for a credit account.
How do I pay if I do not have an account?
If you do not have an account you can pay via bank transfer, you can call the office to pay using a credit or debit card, or you can send a cheque. Goods will then be dispatched on receipt of payment.
